This is an opportunity to meet and decide if we can work together. If so, it gives the client the opportunity to highlight areas where they feel they require advice and for the Adviser to obtain all the relevant details to ensure that advice given is based on accurate information and takes all relevant factors into account.
Based on the information provided by the client, the Adviser will consider all aspects of Financial Planning required before researching the market to obtain the most appropriate solutions.
The Adviser will write to the client with the outcome of their findings and make the necessary recommendations. This will form the basis of further discussions, which will be required before the client decides to proceed. If the advice is considered acceptable by the client, documentation will be completed and submitted to the relevant Product Providers, by the Adviser. The progress will be monitored and followed up, if necessary, until completion. All documentation will be checked to ensure its accuracy before being issued to the client.
